Journey to Self-Discovery, a Wellness Workshop with Horses
Date: October 1, 2018
Time: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm; people can arrive anytime after 8:30 am for coffee, tea and registration
Participants: Minimum 10 to Maximum 20

Nutritious snacks and lunch provided.

We will have an inspiring half-day which will include:
Introduction and briefing
Meditation with horses, stretching with horses and other horse interaction activities
Reiki Experience with Aimee, and energy work with the horses
Lunch and nutrition break
Reflection and closing debriefing

Lori Burns is a certified Equine-Assisted Learning facilitator at Horse Ability, providing equine-assisted activities and therapies at North Star Acres . The Reiki portions will be lead by Aimee Clark, Reiki Master and founder of Earth Light Energies :)
