The Near North Palliative Care Network and Ohana Wellness & Yoga Centre Presents:

Planting Soulful Seeds

A workshop specially designed for seniors dealing with loss, caregiving and end of life planning.

9:30 am – Open Discussion & Ear Seeding: Engage in meaningful conversations about grief and support, accompanied by the gentle practice of ear seeding for comfort and calm.

10:45 am to 11:45 am – Soul & Sound: A Sound Bath & Mediation

12:00 pm – Free Lunch

1:00 pm to 2:30 pm – Dancing Through Death: Death is a natural part of life’s cycle, and by ‘dancing’ with it, one can achieve a sense of peace and completeness, understanding the unity of life and death.

2:30 pm – Movement is Medicine: Break & Refreshments

2:45 pm – Life Scroll Project: Conclude the day by creating your own Life Scroll, a creative endeavour that captures the essence of your life’s journey.

Your Guides for the day are Aaron Rothstein, Jana Brogan, Karen Schaivone, and Nicky Poulin, they will lead you with care and compassion through each activity.
